The property is located at the corner of Sierra Vista Avenue and Colony Street in the MM General Industrial zone.  This zoning is more flexible than it sounds and allows most non-office uses (software production is probably OK while a software programming office is probably not OK).  The landlord does not rent to automotive and other "dirty" uses that clog up or make a mess of the parking lot or buildings.
